DON'T miss this a rare chance to see Bharatanatyam presented in a completely new way with Sampradaya Dance Creations.

This 'unique' company, featuring leading Canadian dancer Lata Pada will feature two completely different themes - Vivarta and Howzzat!

Vivarta explores the various manifestations of Vishnu in the celebrated Hindu mythological theme of Dashavarata (the ten incarnations of Vishu). Although this theme has been done before, organisers say it has not been done in their way! With the use of beautiful lighting, costumes and stunning choreography, audiences are sure to be spellbound!

Any sports fans? The second half of the show is new to Indian dance. Howzaat! presents an extremely exciting and refreshing new take on the much-loved sport of cricket, pushing the boundaries of contemporary Bharatanatyam in an exciting display of dance, sport and popular culture.

Sampradaya is brought to the UK by Milapfest with special performances in London's Encee Academy on 28 November and at The Lowry in Salford Quays on 30 November.
