Four cops, one town?

I WAS appalled to find out recently that only between two or four police officers are on duty at any one time to serve the needs of the whole of Rochdale. It is no wonder that 999 calls are being responded to after 24/36/48 hours depending on how calls are prioritised.
Our safety and protection is at risk and our council tax contributions are being wasted as we are not getting a positive police response and service we deserve.
