We can laugh at ourselves

It was great to read about the Muslim comedy show coming to Manchester (Asian New p3 April, 2007).
I think humour is a very powerful weapon and in the hands of Muslims goes to show that we are not some strange monsters but people who can have a laugh even if the joke is against us.
We have had Goodness Gracious Me - why don't the Muslim stand-up get together and write a comedy series involving a Muslim family of something - I'm sure it would be a hit.
