Clara Green

A FORMER cloth inspector at Birtwistle’s Mill, Haslingden, Mrs Clara Green, of Chester Crescent, Helmshore, died at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Thursday 3 July, aged 71.
Mrs Green enjoyed knitting, crocheting and craft activities.
She leaves her husband of 52 years Colin, daughter Susan, son-in-law Howard, sister Margaret, brother-in-law Peter, brother James and grandchildren Nathan and Richelle.
Her funeral was on Friday 11 July when the Rev Stephen Brown holds a service and cremation at Accrington at 1.40pm. Family flowers only with donations welcome for Cancer Research UK c/o funeral director: Josephine Durning for Johnson, Durning and Woods Funeral Service, Haslingden.
