Sylvia Simcox

MRS Sylvia Simcox, of Worsthorne, died peacefully at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, aged 74.

Mrs Simcox had previously lived in Bacup before moving to Worsthorne a few years ago.

She was the wife of Ernie, mum of Carol, Deborah, and Pamela, mother-in-law of Stephen, Steve and Andy, a grandma and a great-grandma.

Her funeral is on Monday 1 September when a service will be held at St John Church, Worsthorne, at 12.30pm followed by interment at Hurst cemetery, Ashton-under-Lyne, at 2.45pm.
