Get the low-down on Asian Men

31/ 5/2007

BACK by popular demand, Manchester based Contact Theatre is hosting hit comedy 'The Trouble with Asian Men.'

This time Tamasha Theatre's production is suppose to be slicker, sexier and even more revealing as it allows an entertaining look at the hidden lives of British Asian men.

Whether they're macho men or metrosexual guys? Mummy's boys tied to the apron strings or husbands under the thumb? City bankers with designer wives or Bradford lads with village ties, these spirited Asian men all have roots.

So what are they really like behind closed doors?

Using an audio 'script' created entirely from interviews with members of the public, four "feisty" fellas deliver the true voices of Asian Britain, recreating dozens of real-life characters in this "insightful" show.

'The Trouble with Asian Men' has been enjoying sell-out audiences since it premiered in 2005 and the show has been revamped for 2007 with a new look and a new cast.

It will be at Contact Theatre, Oxford Road between 7-9 June. For more information ring 0161 274 3434.
