Kareena Kapoor to star opposite Salman Khan

Kareena Kapoor and Salman Khan seem to have buried the hatchet by agreeing to work together.

The two were not on talking terms after a falling out with Kareena's ex Shahid Kapur and Salman during the Rockstar concert in 2006 when an eager Shahid tried to show Salman a few dance moves.

Salman, a much senior actor who has had much more experience doing live stage shows wasn't too pleased being shown how to dance by Shahid and they had some major differences between them.

At the time, Kareena, whio has always been good friends with Salman, sided with her then boyfriend Shahid, making things awkward between everybody

However, the duo will be seen together in Sohail Khan Production’s ‘Mr. and Mrs. Khanna’, which also marks the debut of Prem Soni as a director. Prem was responsible for bringing Kareena and Salman together by playing the mediator and convinced both to do his film.

Kareena will now play the role of Mrs. Khanna in the film.

Priyadarshan's 'Kyon Ki'  was the last film in which Salman and Kareena starred together.
