Try my Eid feast

EID marks the end of the fasting of Ramadan and, understandably, most Muslim families like to prepare something special after the month of abstinence. Here top chef Aazam Ahmad suggests a main course meal fit for a prince and a delicious sweets to round-off the family feast.

   Dear Mr Ahmad, Would it be possible for you to advise me on whether the Lamb in the Hydrabadi Biryani can be changed for the same weight of Chicken thighs, and also if the dish may be cooked following the same method, without the addition of the Basmati rice, however using the same variety and amounts of spices as in the recipe please,
