Ingredients
2 peeled bananas chopped at an angle.
100 grams of rice flour
50 grams desiccated coconut
1tsp sugar
125ml of water
Pinch of sesame seed
Syrup to personal taste
Method
Mix rice flour, salt and pieces of coconuts and water into very
thin paste.
Dip banana in the paste, cover well and deep fry in vegetable oil
until golden brown, drain and serve with syrup.
This has a crispy texture and aromatic nutty flavour - enjoy!
