Recipe: small creamed cakes

1) Llight oven gas4, 108c
prepare cake tins
2) Weigh 100g self raising flourand sieve onto plate
3) Crack 2 eggs into jug, whisk with folk.
4) Using a woden spoon or electric mixer, cream cakes until pale & fluffy
5) Beat in eggs a little at a time to avoid curdling.
6) Gently fold in flour with a metal spoon.
7) Add any extra ingrediants
8) Spoon into prepared tin(s).Bake for 15_20 mins
9) To test press gently to see if springy to touch. remove from tins and cool on a baking tray.
10) Decorate as required
