Who says that "chefs" from the Indian sub. continent are the only ones who can cook Indian curries and meals. If local people are trained at colleges and at the restaurants, there would be no shortages within the trade. The reason certain owners of the Indian restaurants want people from the sub. continent to "imported" chefs over here is so that they can charge them, thousands of pounds and also pay them here very low wages, it's a scam to make more money. The owners of these curry houses should be forced to train the local people and pay them proper wages so that locals will be happy to work, and there would be no problem recruiting chefs.
