Peel wins against council

PEEL Holdings has overturned Trafford council's refusal to allow housing on a 1.5 acre site at Craven Road, Altrincham.
The developer, which owns the Trafford Centre, submitted plans for the site in July 2007, and a public inquiry was held.
The Manchester planning team at Lambert Smith Hampton represented Peel. Director Richard Moffat said: "We have worked hard to address the objections raised by the council."
