No-fear Fazila for top award

Bolton businesswoman Fazila Malek's frozen foods has been such a hit with her customers taste buds that it has lead to her being shortlisted for a top award.
Fazila who owns K&F Food was nominated for the Business Link woman entrepreneur of the year award .
She was also runner up in the 2004 North West ethnic business of the year competition.
Fazila started her shop in 1999 and now boasts a modern manufacturing plant producing a range of hand made halal frozen products and chilled ready meals using traditional recipes and fresh ingredients.
Said Fazila: "The most important thing Business Link has given me is confidence.
"Running a business can be very scary at times when you have little experience and I might have felt like giving up without having my advisor to turn to."
Advisor from Business Link, Geoff Hindley said Fazila was never afraid to seek their help.

"Since being established, this has now become a thriving company with a promising future."
