An arresting moment

CUFFING the suspect is normally no laughing matter but pupils at the Islamic College for Boys in Bolton saw the joke when this officer made a pretend arrest.
The 11-to-18-year-olds were also treated to demonstrations of other police 'tools' including batons and CS gas.
Officers talked about how they are working with local partners to reduce crime as well as what pupils can do to protect themselves and their community.
They also described anti-social behaviour, stop and search powers and the correct ways to contact the police.
The lads were also urged to take up a career in the force.
Phil Unsworth, neighbourhood Inspector for Bolton Central said: "It was important that the boys feel comfortable with their local police officers.
He added: "This event did just that and by the end of the afternoon the young men were talking quite openly about their views, hopes and more importantly, worries.
"Young men can come under a lot of pressure from all sorts of sources nowadays, some which can lead them into trouble with the police. By meeting them in a venue where they feel comfortable, such as the college, and being totally honest and open with them we gave them first hand knowledge and experience of what policing is about.
"Many pupils at the college are away from home, family and friends for the first time, in a new town and can feel particularly vulnerable. Events such as this can help reassure them, keep them away from potentially bad influences."
