Bin Laden's son will take fight to live in the UK to European Courts
16/ 4/2008
THE son of terror leader Osama bin Laden will take his fight to live in Cheshire to the highest authority, his wife has said.
Omar bin Laden, 26, wed grandmother Jane Felixe-Browne, now known as Zaina Al Sabah bin Laden, after they met in Egypt.
The al Qaida boss's son and the former parish councillor, 52, want to live in her plush home in Moulton as soon as possible.
She said Omar had passed all the necessary immigration tests but the couple believe his application will be rejected because of his father.
Speaking from Paris, she said: "If we get a clear refusal we are going to go to appeal, and if that's refused we will go to the European Court of Human Rights. "He has never done anything wrong. We will go to the top and eventually get into Britain."
