Shisha cafe boss fined for defying smoking ban

A CAFE boss who broke the ban on smoking by letting customers use a hookah pipe has been fined more than £2,000.
Vakase Sameer, 24, claimed it was the only way he could make money to support his family. He told a court he started his Shisha bar in January last year after his parents became ill.
