A DAD-of-one has denied publishing a pamphlet encouraging terrorism.
Amjad Mahmood, 29, and his wife Shella Roma, 27, of Chester Road, Oldham are accused of circulating a document telling others to go abroad and fight a jihad.
Mahmood, pictured, denied two charges, dissemination of a terrorist publication and encouragement of terrorism at Manchester Crown Court.
The offences were allegedly committed between October 10 and January 31. The couple, who have a six-month-old baby, were arrested two months ago.
Roma, who fainted in the dock, did not enter pleas.
She will appear before the same court for a plea and case management hearing on July 4. Mahmood's trial begins at Manchester Crown Court on August 4.
