A FORMER broker who sold thousands of pounds worth of high-risk shares to pensioners without their consent has been banned and fined by City watchdog the Financial Services Authority.
Baljit Somal, who worked for Square Mile Securities, also used high-pressure sales tactics to get customers to buy shares in companies on AIM and the PLUS market.
