To make the marinade put 1/2t/s turmeric, 1t/s curry powder, lime juice, 1t/s ginger & garlic, 1 t/s tomato puree, 1tb/s olive oil, some coriander then make to a paste add some sea salt in a bowl. Place the halibut fillet in the mixture for 1 - 2 hour covered and refrigerate.
