Muslim mascot joins Wanderer's Diouf on the pitch

Lucky nine-year-old football fan couldn’t believe his luck when he got picked to become a Muslim mascot for Bolton Wanderers.
Abdul Muneem, a pupil at Burnley brow School in Oldham ran into the pitch at Reebok with Wanderer’s striker El Hadji Diouf during their match against Arsenal during Kick Racism out of Football week.
His proud uncle Abdul Basit said: "Abdul was really excited on the day. He joined Diouf, a Muslim, for prayers before going onto the pitch with him.
"Abdul goes to watch all the Wanderer’s home games and is a big fan.
"He couldn’t stop smiling that day."
